The final photos!

I was so excited when Kyle sent me the final photos from the photoshoot the other week! I think they look REALLY good!
Styling and make up by me, photography by the super talented Kyle Chapman, modelled by Ginge Collinson.
The first three are ones I asked Kyle to edit to show off my shoes & bag better, and the last four are his favourite pics from the shoot.

Octo Pretty

A few weeks ago Jinxi from the eight arms project wrote to me asking me to submit my octopus shoes for her book! I was delighted and I have now submitted some pictures of them!
This got me searching etsy for awesome Octopus finds!

A Monsteriffic Birthday!

Over the weekend me and Ash (my boyfriend) celebrated our birthdays. My friend Ginge made us a cake (she named it the diabetes dreamcake). It was a chocolate cake with chocolate buttercreme, covered in jelly beans, jelly sweets, chocolate buttons and all sorts. Very yummy!!

I wrapped Ashes presents in monster wrapping paper and modified his monster card using my Molotow paint pens.

Ash got me some amazing presents! Including some Jeremy Scott Adidas trainers that i've been obsessing about for ages now!

I think my favourite present he got me has to be my Love & a Sandwich Giant Monstropus!! He is 1 1/2 feet tall, 2 1/2 feet across. I named him tiddles :)

Here he is with his other monster friends:

The adorable monster Iphone case is from Tomo Ltd another one of my favourite etsy shops, check it out!
And the monster russian dolls and cap are by PonyChops of course :)

A weekend of nail art!

This weekend I've been obsessing over painting nails. I seem to have about 10 million and one nail varnishes, so i figured I'd try out some creative ways to use them!

Last night I went out to celebrate my birthday, and of course a birthday night out isn't complete without beautiful nails! I followed this adorable nail tutorial that I found on The Make Up Box. It was really easy to follow, mine didn't look quite as neat as this though, i need to practice!!

While writing this, I'm half way through attempting this Mod Cloth tutorial. I can't believe how effective this looks! I'll post my results when I'm finished.

My next nail varnish attempt is going to be this jig jag nails tutorial from The Dainty Squid. I think it's going to be perfect for Easter because it looked like cracked eggs!

Photo Shoot Part 1

Last monday I did the styling and make up for a photo shoot by the photographers Kyle Chapman and Aiden Tate. I had so much fun. Ginge looked sh*t hot and the guys produced some kick ass photos.

I provided some PonyChops shoes and a bag for the photo shoot (these will be up for grabs pretty soon on my shop):

I coloured in a vogue picture to plan out what make up look I was going for. I think it turned out really well in the end. Can't wait to see Kyles pics for some close ups of the face:

Aiden has just sent me his finished photos and here they are! I'm so pleased with them!! I'll add the final pictures from Kyle soon when the editing process is complete!

These photos were shot on a lubitel 166B, which is a really snazzy looking russian camera.
